By using the Fresh Cutz WhatsApp Bot, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our WhatsApp bot are subject to product availability and confirmation by Fresh Cutz staff. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed in the WhatsApp menu are subject to change without notice. The final order total, including any delivery fees, will be confirmed at the end of the order process. Currently, we primarily accept payments via UPI.

3. Delivery Policy

Home delivery is only available within our specified delivery zones. Delivery times (ETA) are estimates and may vary based on traffic and order volume. If delivery is disabled in the app settings, only shop pickup will be available.

4. Cancellations and Returns

As we deal with perishable food items (meat), orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for delivery or pickup. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us immediately through the shop phone number provided.

5. Use of Automated Bot

Our WhatsApp bot is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy, we are not responsible for technical glitches, delays in message delivery by Meta, or errors in customer input.

6. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Cutz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our automated ordering service.
